1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and Security

511PH will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Your account security is your shared responsibility, kabayan.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

511PH supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on 511PH:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the method selected.
• All funds deposited into your 511PH account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification checks. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster.
• 511PH does not charge processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

• Withdrawals may be withheld pending verification of identity documents if your account has not completed full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Create derivative works based on 511PH's content, design, or software.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 511PH shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems beyond 511PH's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Errors in information provided by third-party data suppliers, including sports scores, statistics, or live game data.
• Any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

511PH's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player's 511PH account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@511ph.net. Pending wagers will be settled before final closure, and any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal according to our standard procedures.
• 511PH-initiated termination: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or subject to legal or regulatory requirements.
• Upon termination for cause, 511PH reserves the right to retain any bonus winnings or funds derived from prohibited activities. Legitimate deposited funds will be returned to the player minus any applicable deductions.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months may be classified as dormant. 511PH will attempt to notify the player before any dormancy fees are applied.
